THE FOLLOWING STEPS INVOLVE THE REGISTRY EDITOR. PLEASE USE CAUTION WHILE WORKING WITHIN THE REGISTRY EDITOR AND ALWAYS EXPORT A COPY OF YOUR REGISTRY AS A BACKUP FOR SAFETY.

Open the registry editor via run->regedit

  • Ensure that the application's entry is deleted from the Add or Remove Programs list:

  • Delete this key
  • Remove remaining traces
  • Search the entire registry (Ctrl+f) for "qtvsip"
  • Delete the key where "qtvsip" occurs
