Ok, I've gotta say, I don't mind seeing the Maemo page marked as unsupported (as that is the truth); I can see marking it as "outdated" (even though it contains the most up-to-date information on the last development environment created for the N900); but saying that "it has been replaced by Tizen" is something of a slap in the face. Tizen has not been ported to the N900, and I know of no handheld computers that run Tizen. Maemo still occupies a space in the computing world that has yet to be filled by another platform. (Which is why I'm still writing code for it.) | |||
Besides, the spiritual successor of the Maemo line is much more Sailfish than Tizen, and that's a Qt-supported platform as well. Playing favorites with an OS just because it has Samsung behind it feels unfair... | |||

Ok, I've gotta say, I don't mind seeing the Maemo page marked as unsupported (as that is the truth); I can see marking it as "outdated" (even though it contains the most up-to-date information on the last development environment created for the N900); but saying that "it has been replaced by Tizen" is something of a slap in the face.
