Keep and update

Keep the page content within FAQ and format for typical Qt (C++) hints. static_cast / dynamic_cast is used quite often and used wrong even more often. Since Qt is C++ based content at least partly meets the scope of the Qt Wiki

+1 for deletion. This is far too incomplete to be useful for anybody. No one will ever read this.
