Available rooms:

  • Auditorium, 350 seats, fixed tables and chairs
  • Room no P1G6A, 110 seats, fixed tables and chairs
  • Room no P1G1A, 80 seats, movable tables and chairs
  • Room no P1G2A, 59, movable tables and chairs

All rooms have projectors and blackboards.

Equipment

  • Big board at the lobby to keep the schedule up to date.
  • A rent car must be booked in advance and be available during the event.

Eat & Drink

  • Lunch will be provided for free.
  • Coffee etc also available, details TBD.
