This https://wiki.qt.io/Qt_for_Python/GettingStarted/Windows instruction set failed to install.

No instruction when to install Python. No mention of Cmake and when to install it.

Installation fails with Build: python setup.py build --qmake=C:\Qt\5.11.1\msvc2015_64\bin\qmake.exe --openssl=C:\Dev\qtdev\OpenSSL-Win64\bin --build-tests --ignore-git --jobs=8 This command set fails when it cannot locate cmake.exe. Additional failures after Cmake was installed and following added --cmake=C:\Cmake\…… added. Installation for Cmake from: https://cmake.org/
