At Qt World Summit 2015 we give you the opportunity to take a break from the conference agenda and take part in our Developer Unconference Track on Day 2, Wednesday October 7. We will open a conference room for round table discussions that live by the participation of its attendees. We encourage you to engage in discussions around new ideas of how to use Qt, a new module you have been developing, etc. Anything you find interesting and you hope others at the conference will find interesting—and that relates to Qt, of course.

No power points - active discussion

You are not allowed to talk about yourself or show a PowerPoint presentation that is more confusing than a Rubik’s Cube, but rather engage the group in active and constructive discussion. If you have a topic to suggest, please update the below table and let's work out together how to make everything fit together at the event. The agenda for each hourly session will then be created at the beginning of each meeting by the participants that choose to attend.

Attila Csipa Blended reality and immersive computing, a.k.a. unleashing Qt and QML with Sprout by HP Sprout by HP is a PC with a projector-driven work area and an array of computer-vision enabled sensors and cameras (2D/3D scanning, object recognition etc). Sprout also happens to have a C++ SDK and (drumroll) special support for Qt/QML developers. In the spirit of "NO POWERPOINTS", the author of Sprout's QML bindings will show them off live and in action, discussing and demonstrating how to create immersive, blended reality applications.

If possible, please add your proposals by September 23, that leaves us some time to allocate conference rooms, prepare signage and other logistics.

There is also a lightning talk track in the works if you prefer a more prepared approach to your topic.
