There's a template, LangSwitch, that makes a banner (see above) offering translations of a page, where they exist: enclose that in double curly braces to add the banner to your page. It enumarates rather more languages than you'll actually find categories for here. Where we do have translations, we should add them to the same categories as the English version and to a category named for their language; that category should be marked as in this Category:Translations.
